Honda confirmed the production of the CR-Z Mugen

Honda has confirmed that it will start mass production of a model from its long-awaited sports fans, too long remained ignorant of the great tradition of models at home. The CR-Z compact coupe will have a variant Mugen next year, stronger than 200 hp, but unfortunately for now there is confirmation of its Italian market.

The Mugen CR-Z will go on sale in Britain in February at a price not yet determined, but near-as reported by the evo-£ 23,000, just under 27,000 euros at current exchange rates. The most important changes to the two Japanese volumes are the introduction of a supercharger and the remapping of the ECU. Enough to earn the beauty of 75 hp and 40 Nm (torque rises from 174 to 214 Nm) than the starting model, the electric motor which has not intervened in any way.

Customers can customize the dynamic sector of their CR-Z with a number of important components developed by Mugen, ranging from soft to stiff sports suspension, brake system via a plus, and a rim diameter greater scenic fiber hood of carbon.
